1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Please Note: Claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or tampered products require a valid continuous unboxing video. Please refer to Section 2 for complete requirements.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

Why We Require It

To help verify claims and protect both our customers and our business, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims involving:

  • Damaged products

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect products

  • Missing items

  • Tampered packages

Video Requirements

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package.

  • Clearly show the shipping label.

  • Capture the complete unboxing process in one continuous recording.

  • Contain no cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.

  • Clearly display the product and the reported issue.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange or Refund

Non Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal preference regarding design, colour, finish, or appearance.

  • Incorrect ring size selected by the customer.

  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery.

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.

  • Gift items.

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or improper storage.

Final Sale Items

Products purchased during:

  • Sale events

  • Clearance sales

  • Festival offers

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Coupon or discount offers

are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Ring Size Policy

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size before placing an order.

When a Size Exchange is Allowed

A size-related exchange will only be considered if:

  • The size delivered differs from the size ordered; or

  • An incorrect item was shipped by CP CRYSTAL & PEARLS.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted for an incorrect size selected by the customer.

We recommend checking your ring size carefully before placing your order.

5. Jewellery Care & Tarnishing Policy

Fashion Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is fashion jewellery and requires proper care to maintain its appearance and finish.

What Is Not Covered

Returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Tarnishing

  • Discolouration

  • Plating wear

  • Colour fading

  • Oxidation

  • Surface scratches

where these occur due to:

  • Water exposure

  • Sweat or moisture

  • Perfumes, deodorants, lotions, or cosmetics

  • Chemicals or cleaning products

  • Improper storage

  • Normal wear and tear

Following our jewellery care instructions will help extend the life of your jewellery.

6. Product Variations

Natural Variations

Every effort is made to display our products accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing processes

  • Hand-finishing techniques

  • Photography lighting

  • Screen or device display settings

  • Natural characteristics of materials

These variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

8. Refund Policy

Available Resolutions

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue:

  • Store Credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

  • 2–5 business days for claim approval and processing.

  • 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non Refundable Charges

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, convenience charges, and gift-wrap fees are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.

9. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

10. Damaged or Tampered Package

Upon Delivery

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Take clear photographs before opening the parcel.

  • Record a continuous unboxing video.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being declined.

11. Right to Reject Claims

CP CRYSTAL & PEARLS reserves the right to investigate and verify all return, refund, and exchange requests.

Claims may be declined if:

  • The conditions of this policy are not met.

  • Required evidence is incomplete or unavailable.

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

  • The product has been damaged after delivery.

All decisions regarding claim eligibility shall be final.
